We want to update you on some important changes that will enhance the way we handle payment information. These changes are scheduled to take effect on Friday, July 12th, 2024.

This change is live on the staging environment now.

We are changing the timestamp precision we return in our API responses. We’ll continue to use the ISO 8601 standard but instead of 3 digits of precision, we’ll be using 6 digits of millisecond precision.

Hint now signs each webhook we send to you, our partners. This will allow you to verify the requests came from us, and that the payload has not been modified in transit. We use your partner API key for this so there is no need to setup another shared key.

Hint’s is proud to release Integration Data! This represents the first step towards tighter integrations that our mutual customers are demanding between Hint and you, our awesome API partners.
