Emails the customer invoice to its owner (the patient), the same email a
provider can send from the invoice screen in Hint. Use this to deliver an
API-generated invoice to the patient.
Returns a 422 with a descriptive error when the email can't be sent — for
example, the owner has no email address on file, the address is invalid, or
it previously bounced.
