this snapshot.
This endpoint does not track fulfillment, dispensing, or remaining refills; refills are the number
authorized at order time.
Use medication endpoints to migrate historical medication data, rather than creating prescription events.
Nested medication data has no medication ID or lifecycle fields. Find the current chart entry through
List Patient Medications.
