Refresh this list when you need the current chart view, then use the selected ID for exact-record
reads or updates.
Filter by the prescription snapshot's NDC when available. Matching preserves leading zeros and hyphen
separators.
If the NDC is missing or unmatched, inspect the unfiltered list; an NDC is not a unique record identifier.
Filters apply before pagination and counts. Name and start-date filters are not supported.
