Hint Marketplace is where practices discover, install, and use partner integrations and embedded apps inside Hint. Partners build on a consistent framework so practices can activate quickly, staff can stay in flow, and support stays predictable.
Why the Marketplace exists
Hint customers are healthcare organizations ranging from single-provider practices to multi-state groups. To run a thriving practice, they rely on multiple tools (communications, CRM/marketing automation, labs, referrals, etc.). Hint is the home for membership management, billing, and clinical workflows, and the Marketplace is how customers extend Hint with best-in-class partner functionality while keeping a cohesive day-to-day experience.

Embedded apps turn integrations from "connected systems" into in-context workflows for practice staff: fewer tabs, fewer logins, and less duplicate work.
Sync data between Hint and your system. Practices use your product directly for the primary workflow, while Hint surfaces sync status and deep links into your app.
Everything an Integration Partner supports, plus a workflow-aware experience inside Hint (secure token handoff, in-app entry points, and UI that runs in the practice's workflow).

A successful Marketplace partner experience is:
- Easy to activate: practices can connect to their existing account, or provision a new account in real time.
- Reliable: webhooks keep data fresh without polling, and initial data was backfilled on activation.
- Observable: staff can see important information in both apps, understand what data flows easily, what it out sync and what to do next (deep links + actionable error messages).
- In flow: embedded workflows show up where the work happens (patient record, interaction panels, dashboards).
- Secure: signed payload validation, least-privilege token storage, and clear PHI handling.
