Building Embedded Apps

Embedded apps let partners build rich, interactive product experiences directly inside the Hint platform, using their own UI and APIs while relying on Hint for authentication, navigation, and workflow integration. Partners register one or more iframe-based placements—such as patient widgets, interaction panels, or dashboard modules—and Hint loads these URLs with a secure, short-lived JWT that identifies the user, organization, and context. This allows partners to seamlessly extend clinical and administrative workflows without requiring separate logins or context switching. Embedded apps behave like native features inside Hint, while allowing developers to build and deploy using their own stack, tooling, and backend services.
